I started to experiment with a block blanket. I had a bunch of Blue Sky Worsted Cotton in assorted colors. I started to do a knitted blanket but it was taking me sooo long!! So this seems to be going faster and I decided it's easier to take with me to Disney for the plane and for the pool.
I chained 37 stitches. Next row: skip the first two and do a half double crochet (HDC). When you come to the end of the row, chain 2 and turn and repeat. I did this for about 11 inches. That left me some yarn so I could sew the blocks together.
